Code Of Conduct

All owners must adhere to and work in accordance with VII Suites’ core values

The break room, storage space, and laundry area is available for use by all owners. These spaces must be kept clean and organized. There will be no theft or sabotage accepted in shared spaces.

Confidentiality is key. No gossip or slander concerning owners, clients, customers or guests will be tolerated.

Community and company property must be treated with care. Refreshment station is to be kept clean, neat and sanitary.

Owners may not at any time bash, degrade or misrepresent VII Suites or any of its owners verbally, through text, nor on social media

Owners are to be respectful to one another. All interaction must be professional, polite and uplifting.

Owners must present themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes attire, behavior and attitude.

Phone conversations should not be held on speaker while in common areas, so as not to disturb customers, clients and/or guests.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises at any point. Each owner is responsible for ensuring their clients, guests, and company are aware of and adhere to this rule.

Suite Etiquette

Suites are to be kept neat and clean at all times. Each owner is required to dispose of all trash at the end of their work day (the trash receptacle can be found in the back of the parking lot). Suites may not at any time produce any foul odor or diminish the professional look of the space with clutter.

Each owner is responsible for contributing to a peaceable environment. As such, no disturbances will be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: unruly loud noise as a result of conversation, television or any other form of entertainment.

All owners must use safe practices and methods to conduct business. This includes, no improper use of; candles, wax melters, incense, oil warmers, or things of the like. These items may not be left in use overnight. Additionally, no illegal chemical or toxic product will be allowed. Proper use of all electrical outlets is required. Owners may not at any point have loose wires hanging, torn or exposed wires in use, or wires near any running or sitting water.
Continued failure to comply with any policies herein may result in lease termination.
